I grew up in Redwood City being apart of this culture. I am the proud owner of the 1941 Chevrolet Special Deluxe that's in the home page. From listening to the music at events, to now enjoying them on a regular bases. From hearing my parents stories, to now writing and living my own story. What Chicano means to me is it's not a costume. It's our people, the familia, and the raza. That's what it means to be a Chicano.
